The staff for the most part was really friendly and the rooms were good for the price. The room that I got was very spacious. The only thing was the smell of being musty or humidity, just a quick cleaning and the problem was fixed. If you looking for a quick place to just sleep and then head out this is the place.
Rooms were clean, desk was friendly and let us check out the room before agreeing. Only downside was the $50 deposit, that can take 10 days to be returned. Still a good deal. Plenty of food within walking distance, and door-dash.
Clean rooms, great location near restaurants and convenience store. Pet friendly with no fee for your pet. Direct access to the Interstate 55. Half a mile from downtown. Near museums Planetarium and great upscale restaurants downtown. Great low price when you're booking online. Wheelchair access and and parking are accessible and plentiful in the parking lot. And the ADA rooms are incredible, the biggest bathroom I have seen in a while for ADA access with wonderful water pressure and hot water that lasted forever. Also the the ADA rooms have king size beds too. We booked online and got the room for $54 on a Friday night. Memorial Day weekend!
I am currently staying in the Hotel now in search of a new place to live. I write reviews based on how great the service was and how clean the rooms are so let's start with Cleanliness. I have checked in a few times before and The Rooms are always clean! The HouseKeepers are doing a Fine Job! They Have a very amazing workforce and there Employees are very Kind and will assist you in every way they can keep it up! The Service is wonderful The People at The Front Desk are very Kind and If I need something for my room they show up in a moment's Notice! As for The Manager you did a good job! You have a great Hotel and I will be sure to Recommend this Establishment to all of my associates That Travel to Jackson Mississippi to check in This Hotel. The Price is Right the Rooms are clean and The Employees are Absolutely Adorable!!! Keep it Up Red Roof Inn!!! I am VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!
After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to book a room but to my surprise my room was clean and had good energy so much that I stayed an extra night. The lady at the front desk told me that if I didn't like the room, to let her know and we can move you to another. Wow! Great customer service!! The staff that I had the chance to interact with were fun and easy to talk to.
The stay was great but the room had a weird smell that I couldn't get rid of.. The service was good just not great.. No bags for the ice to go in.. The location is literally right next to the intestate but with the curtain closed you can't tell at all, you get use to the sound..
I honestly did this review for Jack in the call center he stayed with me in the call for 20 mins he’s really nice and helpful 10/10 I would go to this place because of Jack even tho I won’t sit there for a bit but I would do it for Jack from call center the best
